Thread: Can someone describe a very vivid SP experience?

So, it should essentially be me falling asleep, but with the mental awareness of a conscious person? hmm.... This actually sounds difficult.

I guess I should come up with a general topic to come up with... maybe some quiet music playing... or I'll plan ahead of what I'll think about. Problem is that once I forget something to think about, I go straight back to trying to lucid dream thus thinking of my body..... UGH
