      Hey there!

I'm relatively new to lucid dreaming, I'd say. I'm a bit of a natural at it, but I finally took the initiative to do some research on it, and found DreamViews!

I have lucids naturally about 1-2 times a month or so, but it has decreased a lot ever since I was a kid. I sort of just recently became aware of what lucid dreams actually are, and now I'm doing reality checks and everything so that I can have them more often.

Anyway, great to meet you all!

Hi and welcome to DV! I used to be just like you, a natural and them they appeared less and less. With some dedication you will definitely be able to get Lucid on demand and since you're already a natural, it's going to be even easier

Have you checked out all the techniques out there? If not, check out the: DV Tutorials - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource section. MILD, DILD or WILD are the most common ones, all great in their own way and there is no ultimate technique. It's very individual and some might find it easier doing a WILD, while some people stick with DILD or MILD. Just try them all out.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Good luck!
