      WILD technique question

I have tried this three times so far (I know its not a lot, but bear with me)
and I am certain that I have at least gone well into the relaxation stage. I can see swirls of green in my eyes like a lava lamp. I begin to feel numb or parts of my body begin to fall asleep and paralysis starts to set in a little. I feel like I am upside down or floating, or my arms are twisted.

According to seeker's tutorial (which I must say is very helpful) these are all good things. But I cant get past the relaxation state to the transition state. I feel that I am getting close though.
Do you guys know any tricks that will get me past the borders of relaxation into the transition state? For all three times that I did WILD technique I was sick and I did it in the afternoon. Would any of these undermine it?
      Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should try it at night. Many people do have success during afternoon naps, but I don't know if I could ever pull it off.

Give it a go every night this week after about 6 hours of sleep and see if things improve.

Good luck, it will be worth the effort, I promise!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
