Ive been a member on dream views since november of 09. I have been trying but not like i should of until about two months ago. I never really kept a dream journal, i try to especially over the months since i had nothing to lose. Last night i had my first fully lucid dream and was a pro. I did everything i should of since i have been studying it for awhile now. It was AMAZING. Thanks for everyones help! I believe my success mainly came from participating in DVA and puffins DILD tutorial. Thanks puffin! |

Well then, it's about time!
Thanks okami, and any suggestions would be great. Im worried that it wont happen again soon. I would like to have them at will. |

It takes time. Lots of time. But try to have just one a month. Then try two a month. Then try once a week. gradually increase it. I know it is one of the most exciting things there is, but don't pressure yourself. Even non-lucid dreams are fun. So just have fun. Congratulations! |

yeah, don't try too hard. Just have fun with it. Think back to how much you enjoyed this one, and day dream about it. But never get angry at yourself. Lucid dreaming for most people isn't natural so it's nothing to get too stressed out about, and getting angry will not help, i can guarantee. |

The Key is to combine your waking rational abilities with the infinite possibilities of your dreams, because if you can do that, you can do anything.
Personally, dilds are the easiest/most fun for me. I just love the feeling i get when i realize im dreaming... i have about 1-3 per week. Also, i think that reality checks are a waste of time... they dont work for me... just do what youre comfortable with, and have fun! If you have any questions, feel free to ask! |
