      Everynight?

Is it at all possible to experience lucid dreams everynight if you've had enough experience? Thanks for your replies.

      Welcome to Dreamviews KevDreamer

Thats a very good question. Im not too sure, considering I don't know anyone who could do it every single night. I would think it would be quite impossible because when you LD you are using the same Brain Activity as you do during your waking state. Eventually the conscious mind needs its rest also. Great question you're going to love it here.

I guess you mean "Too Much Of A Good Thing" etc, etc. Not sure about everyone else here but I prefer Moderation. (Keeps It Special).

I believe once you have enough experience it is possible to have Lucid Dreams at will, every night or otherwise. however I wouldn't recommend inducing them every night, as ShadowNightWing said your mind needs rest and eventually it will have a negetive effect on you. regular sleep is necessary for both your physical and mental well being.

I could only dream of being able to do that! I suspect there are some genetics involved in that. Everyone can learn to lucid dream, but I suspect there are only a special few that can do it every night.
