Visual Aids For Newbies.
Ok. I may be on my own in experiencing this, but I initially found that watching Movies such as the "Butterfly Effect".........."Spottless Mind" ect, etc. actually helped me to achieve Lucidity. Call it a kind of "Kick Start Approach", but it actually worked for me. Is it a way of fooling oneself that it is actually possible. Well it has to be better than reading the London Times...............I mean if one experiences totally Off The Wall Visual experiences on a long term basis, this must have some kind of Conditioning effect. I mean it's like Staring at a Tropical Fish Tank for Hours............You eventually Need To Pee.

Haha. Well, I liek you idea. There are lots of movies that deal with lucid dreaming, and many threads about them. I find that if i watch Little Nemo i ebcome lucid.
