Thinking without internal dialogue

does anyone know how to think without internal dialogue? I mean thinking without hearing that voice in ur head Any advice??? im usin it for a technique im gonna try out and it might work if i can think without internal dialogue.

Sometimes I try to do that, and when I do, I think with images and feelings. I can't give any techniques though, because I don't really know how I do it, I just do it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

It can be a difficult skill to master. Others have called it by other names such as Shutting of the Internal Dialog. The thing that is interesting is that this is a common practice in many of the worlds religions. Something that helps for me is to stare straight ahead and unfocus my eyes.
