I understand what you're saying. I'm still having trouble with LD's myself. I'm sure the more experienced members of this board will be able to help you out. They seem to be on point, and know what they're doing. |

Hey Grolo, and welcome to DV |

"If there was one thing the lucid dreaming ninja writer could not stand, it was used car salesmen."
I, as well, know how hard it is to keep up with Lucid Dreaming especially when you are getting so results. I kept going through periods where I would get really excited and then I would give up after 2 or 3 weeks. The best advice I can give it just to no give up. I know its hard, but once you have your first encounter with a Lucid Dream (I have only had 3 short ones) you get excited and want to expand and keep going. Thats what keeps me interested. Just keep working on it until you get close to having one or actually have one and then keeping the habit is a piece of cake. |

I know this might sound strange, but im sure some people on this board are with me on this, i find myself having the most detailed and long (often lucid) dreams when im hammered. NOw im not sayin alcohol makes you dream , but if u go out one night and go to a bar or something, and get hammered and make sure u fall asleep very drunk, some people let it wear off ill bet you have some incredible dreams. I think a large part of the reason is because the thought of sleep, and your bed is so far from your mind while ur out at a bar drinking with friends, and then you come home and boom fall asleep, i think its sorta like ur mind sneaking into the dream world. A big part of it, is not even worrying about the dreaming and just letting it happen. Anyone else know what im talking about here, i mean i dont think im crazy |

Hmm I believe I had my first lucid dream today. It was verry strange I had some small lucid dreams before but that stopped quickly because I was to excited. |
