      Exclamation Hello, Ive been lurking these forums a long time and decided to finally register.

      Uh, hi I decided after losing memory of most of my dreams to log a dream journal.

      Yah Ive tryed just about every method out there King Yoshi's all four on the wiki. Ive got to get my sleep schedule ironed out though.

      Ive been doing it naturally since I was 5 or 6. Sometimes I chain Deild but i havent had a succesful Wild yet. I have gotten into vibrations but not quite SP.

      And yes I WBTB but im trying to get my sleep scheldule back to normal.

      you are blessed to be able to LD naturally! if you can chain DEILDs you are very close to wilding.

      dont focus on the vibrations or SP, focus on getting into a dream.

      an alternative / addition to the methods shown on the forums can be found here. ive found it helpful and gotten results a few times. the writing is translated and seems a bit jilted, but its worth the read if other techniques arent working for you. in this book he says to do the techniques while waking from sleep without moving, but i have found they also work while falling asleep. there is a thread about it on here somewhere.

      Thanks, Im gonna try the CANWILD method tonight isnt exactly a wild but brings the same clarity of a wild you wake up in SP.
