      LD attempts.

ok well ive been attempting the WILD technique, so far so close... ive been working on a dream journal and its been going well. and my dream recall seems to be going good too. i can remember at least 2-3 dreams a night and i have been noticing some dream signs but the trouble is never remembering to do a reality check... in my dreams i don't necisarily know im dreaming, but i can still control my actions somewhat.. but anywho on the WILD technique i went to be at around 11 pm and woke up at about 5 am. concentrated on being concious. i got to the stage of seeing wierd patterns and then i felt like i was floating and being moved around n stuff and i felt my body kinda sleeping. but then i couldn't get past that part.. i tried staying logical and such but never got any further. i guess i need much more practice because i wasn't too patient with it and eventually moved and woke up next thing i remember was me waking up the next morning trying to recall all the dreams i had.
Awaiting word on what's to come
In helpless prayers a hope lives on
As I've come clean I've forgotten what I promised
In the rays of the sun I am longing for the darkness

Yeah, I suspect you are right. I can get frustrating to sit there for so long, trying to WILD.

Just keep practicing. One thing I've noticed personally though, I always give up after 20 minutes of WILD and hope for a spontaneous LD when I go to sleep. It happens sometimes and keeps your stress level down.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
