Stephen LeBerge, I think it was, did a test. He had someone sleep, and in there lucid dream they were to blink (which translates to waking life, as the body does not paralyze the eyes, thus allowing "Rapid Eye Movement") at a set interval. I don't remember the exact results, but it was pretty much on scale with waking-life time.

Though it may vary from dream to dream. Many propose that "time stretching" in dreams is simply an illusion by the mind. (Just like how movies can show you a "years worth of time" in an hour and a half)

Perception of time can be distorted, but it's basicly the same. Like Alucinor said, they did a test in a LD and moved the eyes. Counting to ten.

That isnt necessarily true... Ive had dreams and Lucid Dreams, which have lasted easily 6+ hrs, come to find out, when I wake up, only an hour has gone by... Ive alwo had it so the dream lasted 30min, when ive been asleep for over an hour... and all these where done using the WILD, so no time was lost.

Time is a subjective thing in the dream world and in waking life. You need only concern yourself with how much time you felt has passed. Everyone will have a different answers on how much time has elapsed with in the dream. For me a normal 6-8hrs sleep period feels like 24hrs with in the non lucid dream. Lucids feel like mere seconds have passed when i was really out for atleast 30 mins. namaste.
