OK, just yesterday I learned of Lucid dreaming and spent a great deal of time reading over this site and learning stuff. So I made sure I went to bed nice n early so I would have plenty of REM sleep. While I was laying there falling asleep I kept telling myself "I will do this tonight. I will realize its a dream and do something about it". As I got closer and closer to slipping away It got soo hard to keep it on my mind untill finally I was asleep. Now I remember waking up multiple times last night but only once I wrote down a dream. The other times it was like I had to fight myself to try to remember it and before I could I would already be back to sleep. Do I normally wake up this many times in the night and just dont remember? I have no idea why I woke up. Possibly I was achieving this Lucid dream state and then waking up but I couldnt remember doing so. The 1 dream I could remember was that me and all of my brothers got a job at kroger and we were laughing at my younger brother because he was only making 5.15 an hour. Thats all I remember. Any Ideas? I am gonna continue to write down my dreams when I wake up. Its very hard though!!!
