Yeah it's waaaayyy easier to enter SP (consciously) when you're tired, because you don't have to lay in bed as long waiting to fall asleep. There's also a method called Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) that involves setting an alarm so that you can wake up at some ungodly hour the night in order to fall right back asleep quickly, but while focused on becoming lucid. That way you can swiftly enter SP, then get inducted straight into a dream while still conscious. It's pretty simple in theory, but it takes some practice and finesse. |
