Thread: Hello

well I am trying to figure this forum thing out lol. But anyways I have always wanted to lucid dream and for the most part I usually know that I am dreaming and when I try to do what I want I never have been able to make it work. Lol I end up running from someone and waking up or forgetting I am dreaming and convinced its real! But I have been reading on this website and I think it makes more since on why I cant get it to work! So hopefully it works better next time!

Good luck, I hope you can figure out what the issue is in your LDs, I think you should just consciously stabalize them, that should work

For you I would recommend going to the Wiki (in the blue bar above) and going to the Dream Content tutorial. If you understand a little more about how dreams are created, then you might see why you end up getting chased. Also, try the WBTB technique to start your lucid journey
