Having Dream sign trouble

I cannot remember my dreams! I know that I dream but I dont recall any of them..I dont think I have had a dream that I can remember for years. Even before when I was still dreaming they were very fuzzy. Do you think suggestion would work? Or is there another way of remembering?

Are you a light sleeper. I find my best dreams come when I go into a deep sleep, wake up and then fall back to sleep. Also, when awakening in the morning, I will lay in bed and try to doze off and then wake up. I also have found that vitamin B6 gives me dreams (don't take it to late in the evening as it might keep you awake. Just my thoughts.

Hey CC The first thing suggested to any newbie is: Get yourself a dream journal. If you have one, do you make yourself write in it in the morning? If you do, what do you do when you first wake up? It's very very important to make sure you don't move when you wake up, because any movement will cause you to start forgetting. Then, while lying in bed, think of the last thing you remember, be it an emotion, a character, an event, or even a color or emotion. Then work backwards and ask yourself what happened before that. Often if you remember one detail, more memories will go with it. Once you've got it all in your head of what happened in your dream, make sure you're not going to forget it immediately, and then write it down. It's good to start with a list of one or two word phrases as a summary, then you can go back and fill in the rest of the details. I hope this helped.
