      Should i try a WBTB??

      Hello folks, i woke up 20 minutes ago . I want to start a WBTB attempt.
      my alarm today was for 5 hours sleep.
      now should io start one? what are best preparations?

      Dreamviews. When you WBTB, you want to do nothing but think about lucid dreaming. Hanging out on this forum, is a great way to do that if you stay in the lucid dreaming section

      I lacked of concentration, tiredness, and patience.. :/
      did some RCs but i wanted to sleep...
      well i slept but didnt have any dreams... next time
      should have done the FILD after waking up.
