Movie-like Dreaming

Hi, I dedcided to research lucid dreaming more after I started seeing certain recurring elements in my dreams, and I found this website. I have a bachelor in Psychology, and I've always been interested in human thinking. I haven't given much thought to dreams until recently... I have been seeing in my sleep some recurring dreams. They last about 2-3 hours, the full length of a movie, as if I'm sitting in a movie theater. It appears to be the same movie(s) - there are 2 or 3 of them that I can recognize. Also, they seem to be the same every dream session, same sequence, same actors... possibly these are movies that I am directing myself. Sadly, the memories fade almost immediately upon waking up... so anyway, hi everyone, I hope to find some information that would help me understand what is happening in my mind, and maybe some ways to "record" my movie-dreams. Welcome, LeBron. Sounds like Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dreaming should work for you out of the box. And be sure to lie still after you wake up so the memories don't fade and start a journal so you don't loose track of them!
