Stamina and agility while dreaming

Hi everybody, I just have a new kind of hobby namely lucid dreaming, since I passed this site :-) I tried yesterday night the first time, and I got paralysed a bit though had to stop because my muscles were hurting as they were not moving at all (i'll get over that, not the problem) but when I was a lil kid, about 8 or 6 years ago that is (I'm 16 now), I had a lucid dream where I could fly. The thing is, however, that it was hard to stay in the air, especially going high than 4-6 meters (the height of a one-story house) Also in other lucid dreams I experience running to be very hard, it seems as I cannot move swiftly in my dreams, and I sense weigthing a lot. Can I alter this, and does anyone else have this? Thanks in advance!

You might want to PM a guy called Leo Volont on this one...he'll explain it way better than i ever could. Basically what's happening is that time has slowed down, it just feels like you can't move. Yea Leo Volont knows like evrything. he leaves really long posts and knows alot of stuff.... I bet he can gelp you. Lol he is sort of like the wizrd of oz....
