I used to have that problem a lot and I still do sometimes. The best thing that works for me is to think a lot right before falling asleep that I will stay still and remember my dreams as soon as I wake up. It took about a week, maybe a little less and I started to get really good at it. Trust me it will happen it just takes practice. If you wake up and move around and forget to remember your dreams just stop, stay still and try to let your dreams come back to you while actively reminding your self this is what it will feel like as soon as you wake up the next night. Also, it really helps to get rid of distractions in your bedroom if you have a tv on or quickly get caught up in the day ahead of you than you are screwed. |
