      Not sure where to go...

      I'm new to this, so I'm not sure where to post. I can only recall ever dreaming 4 times in my entire life, and I can only remember 3 of them. Any other day I wake up and I feel like I'm just picking up where I fell asleep...

      I had a dream about 6 months ago, that has stayed with me surprisingly vividly. Although all 4 dreams I recall having were quite vivid. The one I don't remember now I remember feeling intense emotion.

      Is there a particular category I should post under to get help figuring out what my dream means?

      If you go to the 'general dream discussion' forum and the 'dream interpretation' subforum, you'll find someone who can help you figure out the meaning of your dream. You can also start your own dream journal on the site if you want, to keep track of your dreams and allow others to read them too.

      Have you ever recorded any of the dreams you remembered? Writing them in a dream journal might help with your recall. I find if I put off recording my dreams or attempting to recall the details, it gets more and more difficult to remember any of my dreams.
