Try learning how to meditate. It'll take some practice and effort, but it'll rejuvenate you when you're awake and feeling tired, and can give you something to do while you sleep that will make you feel even more energetic upon awakening

I can't imagine this not helping, but be advised it's a discipline that won't come overnight, though practicing in your dreams certainly can't hurt. It'll be a way to keep your lucid dreams and change their energy from negative to positive.
