      I tried WILD last night...

      Well, I woke up about 5 hours after I went to bed, I woke up, went to the bathroom, got a drink of dr. pepper, did some math untill 30 minutes had passed, then went to bed. I stayed in bed relaxed for about 2 1/2 hours before I gave up

      Yikes, sounds like alot of work for nothing. But no one said it would come easy

      WILDs are pretty tough to master, so don't give up hope. While you were laying in bed for 2 1/2 hours did you make it through any of the stages of WILD at all? SP? HI? etc...

      I had SP about 10 minutes after I went to bed, after that I was just laying there for the rest of the time.. After the rest of the time, I got up because I couldnt stand not moving.. Man my muscles were sore..

      I think the math maybe activated a part of your brain that prevented you from easily falling asleep. Next time, try something you can easily zone out to, like reading, but that doesn't require great brain exercising.


      And don't drink Dr. Pepper! It has caffeine.

      I tried WILD too

      Dont worry about it i tried to WILD and first time it worked.
      But ever since then i havnt been able to but then last night i did!
      I just lay on the floor and it worked suprisingly well!
      try getting up in the morning for an hour goin out for a walk and goin bak to sleep
      I did that and when i did it i had 2 lucid dreams1 even though they lasted no longer than 10 seconds its a start!

      Yeah, I drunk dr. pepper because I think Seeker's tutorial with the 5 phases of wild said to get some caffine to get you to not fall asleep.. I dunno.. Right now I need to focus on a way to go to sleep early
