We all have dry spells but most REM sleep is in the morning, so if you wake up a little earlier you may remember more. Lay still and even though you don't remember just keep thinking for a wile, not to hard just in a relaxed state. This morning I didn't remember anything but after lying for a few minutes some of it came back to me. |

Another common thing is we get so caught up in are current life and over stress ourselves. If life seems to be crashing down and you find yourself cramming in school, work, etc. your brain is going to focus your activties in trying to sort all this out; which may leave your memory state pretty garbled up. It happens to me a lot. I find myself so busy that my brain is spending so much time sorting through thoughts instead of focusing on remembering things like dreams. |

Some reasons may be that you changed your dream pattern recently. Try to sleep approximately the same time every night. |
