      Help! stuck in a slump

When I started keeping a dream journal a little over a month ago, I found that as time progressed my recall became better. But recently I've hit a major slump.

      6 days with no recall

      I don't know what's going on.

      stress? sleep pattern?

So I ask all of you who read this for advice.

Tips to better my recall. or reasons why it's gone.

      Thanks

      Valo

We all have dry spells but most REM sleep is in the morning, so if you wake up a little earlier you may remember more. Lay still and even though you don't remember just keep thinking for a wile, not to hard just in a relaxed state. This morning I didn't remember anything but after lying for a few minutes some of it came back to me.

Another common thing is we get so caught up in are current life and over stress ourselves. If life seems to be crashing down and you find yourself cramming in school, work, etc. your brain is going to focus your activties in trying to sort all this out; which may leave your memory state pretty garbled up. It happens to me a lot. I find myself so busy that my brain is spending so much time sorting through thoughts instead of focusing on remembering things like dreams.
Just an idea of maybe why ur dream recall is less? or maybe i'm just weird BINGO WE HAVE AN ANSWER!

Some reasons may be that you changed your dream pattern recently. Try to sleep approximately the same time every night.
Maybe the 6 days you had no exciting dream. You remember mostly the dreams that excite and impress you.

My advice is a a little bit peculiar, and few ppl know it. Download Brainwave generator from www.bwgen.com.
Then you should download "Dream Mind VI" or "Dream Mind IV" presets. They should give you too vivid dreams! That at least happens to me.
However you should purchase the program to import the presets. I think it's 50 euros...not sure though.
((if you try you can find a crack...))

**From my experience, I have found that even 1 dream to remember per night you can remember an LD.

      Good Luck.

      Thanks fo all the advice.

dreamtamer007: I tried that this morning. I remembered my dream, but sadly i was too lazy to get up and write it down so eventually it faded. But I do remember that I remembered haha. My being lazy will have to be something I work on

Girismyleader: I think you're right. There has been much on my mind as of late. This has led to me going to sleep at different times every night. which has also led to different wake up times as well. I've begun working on getting a proper sleep schedule back.

SweetMelancholy: I actually have the brainwave generator. But I can't afford the full version and I've yet to find a crack. I'll keep looking though. Can you download those presets from the main BWGEN page?

You can find it easily through a p2p program.
You can download presets from that site...it has a section called "downloads". They are for free.

I suggest not googling the word "crack." There are many trojans , viruses etc in that type of sites.

What version of Bwgen do you have? if you have "v.3.1.11" PM me.
