Waking up when becoming lucid? HELP

I have become lucid about 5 times this last week, 4 dream induced and 1 dream exit.
But everytime I become lucid I wake up seconds after.
Any tips or techniques to fix this?
Why does this happen?

It usually happens because you get too excited when becoming lucid.

This is really common for people, don't worry.
It's normal for the first LDs. There usually isn't enough time to stabilize, but try using voice commands, its a quick way to stabilize.
And if the dream ends you can always just DEILD chain it

what do you mean by voice commands?
and this morning i became lucid and woke up straight away but i did a deild and went into another dream (i was trying to go back into the same dream but it just put me in another one).
so i was in a boxing ring fighting this guy and he was really serious, i was lucid and wanted to do better stuff and when i tried to leave he wouldnt let me, so i said "sorry this is a dream so i have to go".
then the dream ended, could what i said have made it end?
