Just stay confident and reality check, it is important to really question whether you are awake or sleeping. If you lose confidence, you're chances of having a lucid dream go down. So, all I can say is keep trying, and it will happen. |

It's been about 3 nights trying to lucid dream. But the good thing is the dreams are becoming a lot more vivid. I have been keeping a journal. Last night I had a dream I was at a concert and was at a megadeath signing. So I thought my object or thing to tell if I was at concert, a piece of paper, pencil, pen etc. I tell my self every night i'm going to lucid dream before i fall asleep. I'm pretty sure in my second dream there was a paper, pencil, pen etc. Because I was crowdsurfing during a school event, Idk why but I was. And i know it's not real because i graduated highschool. Any ideas on how I could further myself into lucid dreaming? Just a note, doctors say i have adhd but can control it very easily. Help would be very much appreciated. I been interested in lucid dreaming for years but never got around to actually attempting it. |

Hey. Have you checked The Beginners Guide to Lucid Dreaming? I also suggest reading the WIKI and its DV tutorials. |
