Hello everyone I'm new here, and this is my first post, also just wanted to say this seems like a cool community and lucid dreaming is awesome! I also want to share a part of one of my dreams with you.. Before I start I need to say that I havn't LD'd yet, but I think I have been very close. Anyway, in this particular dream, there was a part where I got high(cannabis) with 3 other random people. I then proceeded to be in some kind of dream or dream-like place with one of those 3 people, who then happened to mention lucid dreaming to me, at that exact moment we both had an itense feeling of realisation or awareness - it felt awesome! Anyway, after that I only recall feeling scared that if I did start to lucid dream I would wake up and stop lucid dreaming, so I feel I chose not to LD (this feeling has happened to me twice now). And that's that!

welcome! don't worry, you'll get much better at controlling that feeling. there are a lot of techniques to get your mind off it! just remember, it's better to try than to just skip the chance at a lucid dream!

Yeah man you are lucky that you get that so frequently i at the moment have only have 4 lucid dreams but once you get past that part... they are amazing and welcome to dreamviews ask around if you need anything
