Hello, here is my tip list! I advise you try this structure This is in the order that I think is best done! Start Dream Journal (Improve Recall) > Reality Check in the day + All Day Awareness + Mantra before bed > DILD/MILD > stay still when you wake up > DEILD. Tutorials below.
