Well hello there!

I am SarcasticIndeed, a new member on this site, hoping to make friends and learn stuff here.

Dreams have always been a fascination of mine. The power of mind to create things beyond the borders of reality is just amazing. Even so, I never managed to lucid dream, which is probably my only goal in life I currently have. Because, I came here to see if this site is going to help me in achieving the state of awareness and control over a dream.

Check out the tutorials section in the wiki. Specifically Reality Checks, DILD, and WBTB. Those are always the most useful for starting out. You can be incredibly creative in lucid dreams. Salvador Dali was a famous surrealist, and a lucid dreamer.

Oh, this just will not do, my boy! Prioritize, man! Goals tell you where you are going, how you are going to get there and what you will do when you get there. You can't just trudge through life all willy nilly, now can you? Of course not! Do that, and next thing you know, you'll end up a street walker. Is that what you want? A life of walking? On the street?! I should hope not.

I recommend you read the official Dream recall Tutorial to improve your dream recall since it's one of the most important elements in Lucid Dreaming. It would also helps if you get yourself a dream journal to aid you in recalling your dreams. And have you already checked http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-116237/ ? No, don't worry. I don't plan on being on the streets, and I'm a student with very good grades currently, and I won't try to ruin those. I'm just really ambitious about getting a lucid dream, and haven't had any such ambition in my real life. And maybe that was a bit of an exxageration.
