Hi,
I had a very strange experience lastnight. I woke up at 4am for the bathroom, then went back to bed. When I went back to bed I was thinking about LD's etc as I was trying to fall asleep. I wasn't trying to WILD but this happened....
I went into Sleep paralysis mode. At first I remember thinking "oh quick snap out of it" like I always do, then I remembered that you can get into LD from Sleep paralysis. So I tried to make myself fall asleep a little more (don't know how I managed this but it happened).
Well the next thing I knew I felt these vibrations that everyone is talking about, it was like my whole head was shaking violently but it was still at the same time? It was VERY strange. I started to get a little scared by this stage and I remember trying to move my toe but nothing happened. I could also hear all these sounds, I really can't describe what they were actually I can't really remember what they were but I remember hearing sounds.
Then I started to get these images flashing past my eyes like at 100 miles an hour. They were like images from a comic book or something, they were white images of people etc but they only had black outlines and no colour. Anyway I remember choosing to go with one of the images (they were moving so fast but I still managed to select one!) and I entered into this scene for a second then I remembered that I could take control of my dream. So I kind of spun around and made everything blank, but when I tried to create a new scene I had a lot of trouble doing so. It was all kind of hazy or something. I could amost see the images but not quite enough (hard to explain really).
Anyway I must of tried too hard because then I woke up. I have never experienced anything like this before and I hope to do it again. I haven't even really been trying, I just think it happened purely because I have been reading how to do it etc. So when I actually really try let's hope I get some great results!
Sorry for the long post, just wanted to share my story and see if anyone has similiar experiences.
