Hello! Today I've finally decided to stop being so lazy and actually make an account here. I've been browsing this website (as well as several others) for a few months now. It all started when I had my first lucid dreams in mid-August. (I hope I can post these stories in this section of the forum, lol)

I was sleeping at my grandmother's house one night. The room I was in was a small, maybe 15x15x8 foot room. In one corner farthest from the door was the bed, or rather, beds. It's one bed with a rollout bed underneath it. My little cousin was sleeping on the top bed (he's too afraid to be on the floor) and I was on the bottom. I went to sleep at around 11 or so.

My first dream of that night (and my first lucid dream ever) went like this: I was walking down the main street of my town. It was night; the only lights were from the streetlights. I was the only person around, no people or cars or even animals. As I walk along, I feel a slight breeze, and then I think that something's not right. I turn around and the Tooth Fairy from the movie 'Darkness Falls' swoops above me. I become lucid from my knowledge that monsters aren't real (this was before I really got interested in lucid dreaming, so I didn't know about RC's or anything.)do a reality check now =3 I look at the monster, now swooping back down for another approach, and punch it in the face. It falls to the ground and I wake up at around 2 AM.

I decide to go back to sleep, thinking that was awesome (it wasn't an FA). Again I'm on the main street, but this time I'm riding shotty in a car with my brother. However, there's now a highway-type road above the main street which we're driving on. I become lucid immediately because I know that the highway doesn't exist. I tell my brother that it's a dream and then I wake up again around 3 AM.

I go back to sleep and this time have a false awakening. It's now 7 AM and everything seems fine. As usual, I get up and go to the bathroom. However, the bathroom looks like another reality check =3 somebody threw a stick of dynamite in it, just completely ruined and destroyed. I become lucid again and run into the living room, where my cousins (who can't be here because they have college), brother, sister, and grandparents are watching TV (this is also strange because I'm the only person who wakes up at 7 AM). I say,
"Guys, this is a dream!"
My cousin tells me to go back to sleep, so I go back into the bedroom, but I sense something's just a tad bit off. The room is now an atrium, easily 100 feet wide, long, and tall. The bed, now a single bed without anybody in it, is in the center of the room. For some reason, I have a problem where the bed I sleep in HAS to be up against a wall (OCD I guess). I think,
"Crap, I'm gonna need to push- WAIT A SECOND!"
I remember that this is a dream (I didn't lose lucidity, I just forgot that you can do anything in dreams), so I go near the bed and raise my hand to it. It gains a sort of red highlight, and I raise my hand and the bed goes into the air! I use my telekinesis to move the bed near the wall, but then I think that I don't want to wake up just yet. I turn to leave the room
and wake up.

As of this point, I've had maybe 5 or 6 lucid dreams total. I've been practicing for DILD, WILD, and WBTB (all of which I've been using at once), and I know that I'm getting really, REALLY close to having another LD. Last night, for example, I had a dream (after waking up at 3 AM for my WBTB, which has been really helping with my recall) where I was in my Spanish class. I'm sitting at my desk and everything is going as usual. I get up to sharpen my pencil and sit back down at the same desk. However, when I look at the front of the room, it looks as if everything has moved a few feet to the right (as if I was sitting in a desk to the left of me), but I'm certain that I was in the same desk. I didn't put enough thought into it to become lucid because we were taking a test, but I did come really close to it. I'm confident that I will have an LD tonight.

I really hope to make the best out of this website, so happy dreaming everyone!
