Free guided self hypnosis audio???

I'm looking for an audio that will guide me into hypnosis so that I can listen to it to achieve a trance and eventually do it with out the audio.
And I think you can get some that give suggestions once your in trance to make it easier to do self hypnosis by yourself. But they don't need that.

Can anyone recommend any?

Stephen LaBerge has a few trance induction audios that help to set up your next lucid dream. Im away from home right now and not on my computer and can't recall the name of them but search his name on a torrent site and see what comes up. Reply on here if you cant find any and ill remember and look in a few days. If you're looking for a trance like state then there's nothing wrong with some good old meditation. Get comfy, control your breathing, breathe in and out of your nose through your belly, let gravity work its magic on your muscles and don't follow any trails of thought your mind is producing. I don't know exactly what you're after meaning self hypnosis but the meditation oasis podcast on itunes has a deep rest guided meditation that will mellow the mind of anyone. Also could try iso-tones.com that use isochronic tones to alter your brain activity, range from energetic to sleepy to meditative and creative states of mind, they ven have a few specific lucid dreaming ones. I couldn't find any self hypnosis from Stephen laberge.
Also they don't have to be about lucid dreaming, I more want to learn from them how to do self hypnosis myself,
And then use it myself for lucid dreaming.

Unfortunately, self hypnosis is more of a myth than reality. You can assert things, but you can not hypnotize yourself, it violates your brains logic. In order to fully put someone under, the hypnotist must be fully ware of the hypnotee. I know, I know how to hypnotize people and have done it on several occasions. What you are referring to sounds like very deep meditation, which can put you in a dream-like state. Meditation and autosuggestion is what you want, meditate while asserting that you WILL lucid dream tonight. If you truley believe it, it should happen, at very least it will act as a autsuggestion.

i know how to and have hypnotized people before to and dont see why self hypnosis could not work?
what makes you think it doesnt work and is a myth?
in hypnosis people can think, move and open thier eyes.
