      Hello from Sydney Australia

      Hi All,

I am here to talk about "Sleep Paralysis" ... 7 Months ago was my first encounter with this frightening / exciting experience... It would keep on re-occuring everyday for 2 weeks multiple times a night...

The evil i had seen during the paralysis is something i am unable to explain or understand... After a lot of research i now understand that it is harmless and something that can not be cured. As a result i have learnt to accept it

Just last night i had experienced something very different and strange... So here we go

It was 0100HRS and i was in bed laying down quite tired after watching a movie... I had started to daze off to bed however had been disturbed by a slight vibration coming from my head... Slight ringing from the ears and panic starts to set in... I had remained calm and decided to go with the flow as you can not fight it...

The vibration had begun to make its way down to my chest , stomach and lower body.... My whole body was vibrating and i was very interested to see what evil entity i was going to see next (As it always ends with something evil for me)...

I begin to feel myself floating up above my bed... However i am still in the same sleeping position (On my side) i am aware of my sorroundings and can see / hear everything however i can not move.. Something was lifting me! I floated throug my bedroom wall into my living room and could see everything as it was before i went to bed..

It begun to drag me back into my room however this time it was taking me down into the floor... I began to sink into the floor however just before my upper body could go down i was lifted back up and onto my bed... The vibrations and ringing in the ears did not stop until i was out of the SP.

What is this ? I am looking for answers.. i am very curious

Thanks for your reply ... Ok so OBE's begin from sleep paralysis? It is really intense and freaky... I find it hard to remain calm at times..

Any idea why it was trying to drag me below the ground? Is that a sign that im going to hell?

Im really intrigued by the whole experience!

Also this only happens when i do not smoke marijuana... If i smoke marijuana i do not get the sleep paralysis..

I can agree with fOrceez, you may have experienced an OBE, I believe that OBE's are an experience of their own kind and not (just) an extension of sleep paralysis. Also I can say that it's not sign of you going to hell, unless you feel that you would like to interpret it that way.

With regards to the OBE experience i "may" have had... Why is it i could not look down and see my body when i was floating? I was unable to move my head at all.. it was just frozen..

I'm not an expert in the OBE area, but it's possible it was an OBE that differed from the norm. But instead of taking my word for it I suggest you search around the forum and try to see if you can learn more about OBEs and see if any has experienced similar issues.

      Hi All...

I have done a bit of reading around and people claim if there is an entity in your room you should not leave your body?

Now this is a bit scary... How do you get rid of the entity ? Or does it eventually just dissapear as you will be in SP whilst the entity is lingering around...

Also i have never tried to close my eyes during SP, Who has closed their eyes during this phase and how did it end?

It seems like you were just experiencing normal sleep paralysis symptoms; Vibrations, floating and moving whilst floating. The floating situation could easily just have been a lucid dream.
