Hi my fellow classmates and friends. I hope to successfully achieve a MILD while I am taking this class.
Feel free to read my attempts and provide feedback. It would be appreciated.
Happy dreams,

MILD Attempts:
August 8, 2010.
I started with meditation, sort of. First, I did a few sleep breaths. (maybe 10-20) Then I imagined myself going down some stairs (a little confused at first, because I was thinking of how many stairs to go down) and I counted and saw the numbers on the steps (10, 9, 8, etc.) Once I got to the bottom, I said to myself, "I will have a lucid dream" and "Whenever I see my dream sign, I will be dreaming". After this I told myself something like I would fall asleep once I got to the top of the stairs or I would be dreaming. So I counted the stairs and once I got to the top, I stopped and my mind kind of wandered a bit. I sang a song in my head but my mind kept wandering. I'm not sure if I fell asleep after this or not, I can't remember what happened after that.

August 12 (I think it was), 2010.
I'm sorry I have not been keeping up with my MILD attempts..
After reading the second class' chat log, I decided that I would try visualizing that night.
So, after I got in bed, I tried to visualize me in a pool. First I imagined the scenery, then I did the senses. After visualizing myself looking around, I did an RC, the nose one. Then I visualized and felt myself slowly rising out of the water and trying to fly. After I did this, I visualized myself flapping my arms and then soaring like an eagle. I remember seeing some buildings and clouds, but that's all I remember.
I also remember that I visualized about 3-4 times, then stopped and my mind wandered.
Dream Recall: About 1 dream per night. My dream recall is really going downhill. It used to be 1-2.
August 19, 2010.
I know I haven't been practicing MILDing. I've been really busy and have to get up early in the morning.
Well, after reading the 3rd class chat log it inspired me to try PercyLucid's personal tech. Before bed, I drank a cup of water to make sure that I would wake up to go to the bathroom.
First, I went to bed at 8:45pm. (I have to go to bed really early) Second, I woke up at about 12:30am. Realizing how still too early it was for a WBTB, I fell back asleep. Then, what seemed like seconds, I woke up at 3:30 am but realized it was too late. I would have to get up for practice at 4:45 in the morning, so I couldn't WBTB. I fell back asleep and I can't recall any dreams that I had.
Does anyone know what time I should wake up for WBTB? Say, I went to bed at 9pm, would I need to wake up at 2/3 am? And what could I use to wake up at that time? (ex. stare at the clock and say, "Wake up at 2 am" or drink water, etc. etc. etc.)
August 26-27, 2010.
So I started PercyLucid's MILD schedule yesterday. I incubated at least 10 times yesterday, and I think I did pretty good.
I went to bed and I can't remember what time I woke up. I did a WBTB like Percy taught us. Except, I didn't have any water. I layed back down and did the chest technique. Then I started visualizing. I only incubated once and then turned over and went to sleep.
I think if I work with this technique some more I might get results. Although I didn't have a lucid, I had two weird dreams, but I forgot the first one.
Guess I gotta work with this more!
