Hey there Reza, welcome to the forum.

That's great that you have experienced a lucid before, at least you know what it feels like and hopefully that will motivate you to try and have some more. Though even by joining this forum with the intention to have another LD you may very well have one soon enough.

I suggest you begin by starting a dream journal and try to write down your dreams in the middle of the night when you wake from one, or the next morning. It's better to write them down when they are still fresh in your mind though, so you might want to try by setting your alarm for 5 hours after you go to sleep so that you will be in a good place to remember your dreams and can write everything down. The better your dream recall gets the better your chance of having a lucid.

You should probably also start doing reality checks regularly. Head on over to the tutorials section and read about some ways to induce lucids. If you have any questions feel free to PM me or any other Dream Guide.
