      Whoa...in sane!

Hello everybody, I just wanted to introduce myself and thank you folks for having a forum like this.

I have had a few scattered LD's over the years but since last week when I had the most vivid and controlled LD I found this forum and have had nights with LD's 3x in the past week, last night alone I had 4 separate LD's as each time my dream would end I would "will" myself back into a new LD. WEIRD and very cool.

I have so many questions for you all, now I just need to figure out where to post them appropriately.

Last night was one of the greatest nights of my entire life, and I was "sleeping".

      Thanks folks,
      James

I beg to differ, I am not insane.
Welcome to the forums, dianhsuhe. You're welcome to post your questions here or in the "General Lucid Discussions" regarding lucid dreaming. It's good to see you've had lucid dreams before ^_^ Dreams are such awesome things in life that so, so many people have no awareness of. Please do share your dream from last night in the Dream Journal section of the site!

      Welcome again!

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

      Thanks folks!

I have been communicating pretty well with DC's but often cannot manipulate them to do things. I can fling them across the room or turn them to ash but cannot get clear answers to basic questions. ??

In my LD's a recurring theme is me trying to have a conversation with a DC that I am convinced is another LD'er. Last night a DC was asking me how to stay lucid so I was showing him to do detail related things like feeling the texture of a wall as we were walking or touching the ground. Is it common to be convinced that DC's are other LD's?

What is the best way to summon an object? I noticed that spinning in a circle while thinking of a location kind of worked for me 1st time out, is there a "method" for summoning?

      Thanks

I have talked to DCs who i thought were Lucid dreamers in non-lucid dreams(always wake up fusterated when i didnt become lucid)

And I often have lucid dreams of my ex-girlfriend who i could relate too very well in real life so I looked to her like dream partner, ive done this with my daughter in my dreams too. I would tell them things like "Well what do you wanna do? we are dreaming we can do anything". But they usually just turn into an empty shell anyway so I just raise my awareness alittle more to realise that are just made up, then i walk away because i got dream goals to accomplish.
      DREAM GOALS:
[x]Have a LD,[x]Get Stabilization undercontrol,[/]Controll My LDs well [ ] Meet my DG, [x]Fly,[ ] Fly fast!, [ ]Kick planets around, [/]Get a well charged Kamahamaha off(charged it up but it was kindof a dud lol),[ ] Seperate myself into good and evil, see which one i am in control off and fight the other to the death,[ ]Survive a Zombie apocalypse,[ ]Die in zombie apocalypse. reborn a zombie.[ ] Uproot a tree with my mind.

Bossalini- Cool enough! An ex from MANY years ago was in my dream where we were at a lucid business or academy, whatever and she seemed VERY lucid. Oddly enough that is one girlfriend I had who was really spiritual and would probably be really into this- I am sure that it was a manifestation of my mind but fun to think that it might actually have been her.

Louie54- I almost feel guilty about that...I sure do not tell my fiance in that fashion- doh

I'd say that'd vary for each person. The easiest way for me is to reach into something that i'm not looking at (e.g. my pocket or a box) and expect to pull something out of it.
Nice LD Count! Has this been all since joining the forums or does your LD count start from even before then?

Thanks I will try that next time! I have 2 very brief but exhilirating LD's in the last few years but since finding this forum and/or researching the topic I had 3 nights in the last week and a half with LD's, the other night I had 4 LD's seemingly in a row, unrelated though...Every time I would lose the dream and it would go blurry and black I seemed to be able to will myself into another LD.

This was the night that I spent literally a couple hours on this forum reading all the tips, newbie forums, all about reality checks and increasing lucidity (I yell it during my dreams.."Increase Lucidity!!-lol)- nearly everything I read about somehow popped up in my LD's, teleporting (kinda worked ended up in Italy instead of Paris), reality checks, the Dream Castle (my take on it anyways), even a challenge to jump off something that would normally kill you and do something nice for a DC. (I flew to and hovered down onto (VERY cool) a tall power pole, jumped off, landed softly then handed some onlookers a bunch of cash. lol

I have had a rough couple of years and a diagnosis of clinical depression and some other things so my research into LD's stemmed from that avenue. I posted somewhere on here that the other night was one of the greatest nights of my entire life, and I have had a pretty good life, and I was dreaming! Don't tell my fiance I said that.

HUGE thanks to everyone on this forum, I am excited and humbled by the knowledge and time you folks put in and I am here for the long haul. Wish that NovaDreamer was not $300 bucks. lol

      Sincerily,
      James
