I want to have this dream again!

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if you guys know any good techniques for a beginner to recall a dream they had before.. I had a great dream, ( read here Our first date - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views) and I thought that maybe if I can recall it I'll become lucid and find her again. Thanks!

Generally, if you already had the dream and its been a little while ago usually its hard to remember more parts of it. But you should keep dream journals and look at the techniques we have on the site and practice them. Once you get good at lucid dreaming and recalling dreams (Keep up a dream journal and going to bed on time is a great way to help recall) you will be able to experience that moment you just had again. This time though it will be better, even more vivid and you will remember in detail! Once you learn how to lucid dream you can learn dream control and you will be able to go to different universes, and moments all at will. So take a look at all the stuff we have on here. There is a wiki up on the top bar, and just browsing through the site and you will find a lot of great stuff. Any questions you may have just ask.
