Hey guys, I'm just wondering if you guys know any good techniques for a beginner to recall a dream they had before.. I had a great dream, ( read here Our first date - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views) and I thought that maybe if I can recall it I'll become lucid and find her again. Thanks!
