Generally, if you already had the dream and its been a little while ago usually its hard to remember more parts of it. But you should keep dream journals and look at the techniques we have on the site and practice them. Once you get good at lucid dreaming and recalling dreams (Keep up a dream journal and going to bed on time is a great way to help recall) you will be able to experience that moment you just had again. This time though it will be better, even more vivid and you will remember in detail! |
