      Question Dreaming about lucid dreaming?

Hi, im new here and this is my first post
I began learning about lucid dreaming about a year ago and then i pretty much abandoned the subject until recently and I've had plenty lucid dreams more than 15 that i remember.
Thing is, they don't seem lucid, they're more like dreaming about lucid dreaming, my thought span is limited (usually to the subject of the dream), my mind seems fuzzy, i cant fly,run fast or anything like that and they fade away very quickly (like me forgetting its a dream and just going back to regular dreaming).
      Any help would be appreciated

      Welcome to DV!

Lucid dreams can have different degree of clarity, and you don't always have controll. Have you tried stabilizing? That should increase clarity.

Thanks!, and no, i'm rarely "sober" enough to even remember any techniques they just happen frequently but always fuzzy, I'm feeling like I'm losing a huge potential of many amazing lucid dreams and it's been frustrating me for a while, that's why i came looking for answers here

Are you sure you have a lucid dream? How do you realize, you are dreaming? Do you in your dream say "I'm dreaming"?

Usually it's by a reality check or spontaneously, i am aware of the dream and what is going on but in most of them (except one short but vivid one i remember) they're just fuzzy like normal dreams as if I'm dreaming about myself being lucid and being limited to the normal dream's way of actions

All I can recommend is to say as you falling asleep something to the effect of making dreams more clear and vivid, like a mantra. Unfortunatelly, my expertise ends here
Hopefully, someone more experienced will answer your question. Or feel free to PM some of the dream guides.
