I know that all over the site everyone talks about the first R.E.M. stage of sleep occuring after 90 mins of being unconsious... I'm just wondering if there are exceptions to the rule, there has to be... don't some people get to REM quicker than others??? and another thing is i've had countless naps that only lasted about 45-60 mins long and I can remember a dream i've had during that time period... does this differ from person to person??? |
