Thread: Need a straight forward guide!

So I've read about every tutorial and guide here and mostly everywhere, I just can't seem to follow the instructions of a particular guide.
I need a straightforward guide covering every method, aspect, technique with no clutter.

Or at least some help I.e. When I think about getting into SPi can prepare for it just fine, but when I try to think about what to do next I come up empty and I usually just fall asleep anyway before SP on WILD attempts.

I don't really like the DILD method because it's hard for me to do all of these reality checks and it's impossible for me to gain any sort of control in most dreams (like watching a movie) anyway.

Help please?

The final transition into the dream can be tricky. By the time we get there, our minds are so spaced out, it is hard to think straight. Try preparing a simple visualization ahead of time so you are ready. Then, recreate it when you are in the final stage of your WILD, hallucinating hypnagogia, vibrations, body distortions, and such.

I have the most success creating a visualization of something very simple, tactile, and familiar. I use a clear memory from waking life, such as walking down a familiar street, or doing something in my own home. Using a memory makes it easy to recreate the feeling.
