Well, hello. I'd like to introduce you a new member of your community...me. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to lucid dreams and don't know much about lucid dreaming. I have had a lucid dream a long time ago and just reminded myself of it yesterday, so I was searching on the Internet and happened to find this forum. So, I joined, I hope we can be friends. :)

I would recommend starting up a Dream Journal, checking out the "Attaining Lucidity" section, and some of the site's tutorials. Hello, I am new here as well. I've been doing some research on lucid dreaming and it's very interesting. If you get tired of reading, there are also quite a few good videos about it on YouTube. I've only had one lucid dream like you, but that was after I learned about LDing.

Just like O said, start with a dream journal. Before lucid dreaming, you have to have good recall, so you can remember them. Just stay persistent and confident in your LDing endeavors!
