Question I think I have some kind of lucid dream...

Well I lied in bed yesterday trying the WILD method.
I liked listening to some relaxing sounds (water dripping into a river). And I did it so that all my body got relaxed (felt like slowly a blanket was laid on top of me from the feet and up). I lied with closed eyes focusing on some wierd patterns appearing before me. I felt like the body was totally not-awake and 3 times I felt like I a little rapid movement in my whole body and I tought "Oh this must be the thing descirbed as 'stepping into the lucid dream'".

When I suddly fell asleep I dreamt I was an FBI agent. I was watching some robbers. some how I could switch from beeing the agent from beeing the robber and back. When beeing the robber I felt that my teeth was near to fall out and when I got back to the FBI agents body again I bit my teeth and felt that they were stable, went back to the robbers body and bit my teeth there and they almost fell out. I did this a couple of times and then I changed into my self (I think i was awake now) and tried to bit me teeth, and they were stable soo I went back to the dream again and did the same thing with the FBI agent and the robber again.

I was like ½ aware of what was happning while I dreamt I think.

Is this a lucid dream or is it a good step toward one?

      Thanks in advance, enji

If you were asleep and aware you were dreaming, it was lucid by definition. But there are definitely degrees of lucidity. I had some early natural semi lucid dreams but more like what you describe. But you will know when you have a fully lucid dream, as it will be so real you will be 'sure' you are awake... That is why reality checks are so important. I just had one about 2 hrs ago and almost missed it, but the RC caught that it was a dream. You cannot imagine it until you experience it! Inception isnt just a movie!

It's up to you really if you think it was a lucid or not, were you aware of it being a dream then yes it was one but it doesn't sound like you were fully lucid, you can have great dream control without it being a lucid dream. It's definitely a good step towards a proper one I'd say
