      Question on the HILD method.

I was reading the HILD method an it seemed incredibly interesting and I want to try it the only thing I do not understand and he didn't go over was remembering the dream. From what I understand we have to wake up during the dream to be able to remember it. So, according to the HILD method, I need to wake myself up randomly, relax, do the finger tappiness...then do a few RC's, then I, if all goes well, will LD. Now, coming out of the LD, should I have set my alarm for 10-15 minutes in advance? Or should I just sleep it all off and hope I remember in the morning/later in the morning? If anyone can answer, that'd be great. Thanks all.
Life is in itself only a dream of the mind.

Well usually if you keep a regular dream journal, your dream recall should be up to snuff enough to remember your dream when you wake up. But according to the HILD tutorial, it seems to work better when recall is at a low a few days prior to attempting it.

So....can you help answer this one Gothlark?

He means Hogart's Induction, not Hypnotic Induction, it would see. However, I would imagine that you would wake up naturally from the LD, because most people will lose stability early on from excitement and wake up when they're new. By the time you wouldn't do such a thing, your recall would probably be high enough anyways. Just in case, you should keep a dream journal.
