      Sleep Session

Has anyone ever spent a day where they did nothing but sleep. I didn't do it cuz I wanted to but because I was grounded. I didn't do anything but sleep this caused me to dream alot! Slowly I began to be able to control my dreams better lucidity became a normal thing. I even began to have dream continuations. I don't know if any of you find this interesting but I can post instructions if you want. Trust me this can really help you if you are new to lucid dreaming or If you just want to fine tune your dreaming skills.

It's hard for some people to sleep for that long (me included) without the use of external aids.
Maybe post more telling us about it?

I'm gonna move this to general lucid discussion
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Ok so usually I can't sleep for prolonged periods of time when I'm up I'm up. But when ever you wake up u have that groggy feeling ur sleepy but u aren't sleepy. I found out that if simply stayed laying down and closed my eyes when I woke up I'd drift back asleep. Of course it'd get to the point where I just sleep anymore so I'd make a big meal not anything overly huge but something that. Would make me want to sit down.after I had eaten I. Would do a couple of pushups ten or fifteen and I would lay down again. My body felt fatigued and full so I'd be able to sleep again. Also note to always use the bathroom whenever u wake up.
