A new experience

Hi all, Last night was interesting. I had three FAs. FA1 - I sensed it was a false awakening so I did a reality check and this confirmed it. I then had a problem pulling myself out of bed. It was like I was attached to some elastic bands or something. I tried to snap them but I woke up for real FA2 - This time I was facing the other side when I had a FA. I just knew it was a FA and didn't bother with an RC. I woke up but I kinda snapped back into what I assumed was waking life and knew I had just woken up from a FA. I then intuitively kept my eyes shut and attempted to chain. This led to another FA3 from which I woke up but I can't remember how. Did I have 3 FAs or is it possible that the 3rd was somehow nested in the 2nd? Anyone had this? I'd also like some input on a new reality check I'm planning. Whenever I'm walking up and down stairs anywhere in waking life I'm intending to 'walk' the first and second fingers of both my hands in time to my foot placement on the steps. After reaching the end of the stairs I intend to do a new RC (trying to push the finger tips of my thumb and first finger into each other and really assert to my self this is real - I'm not dreaming). In theory I should become lucid whenever I go up and down stairs in my dreams right?(even though stairs aren't a recognised dream sign of mine. Bound to come across them though right?)
