Breathing pattern?

Hey guys, i am new to this forum(even though i was introduced a while ago), and i have a few questions about breathing. a) Do you have to control your breathing inside your dreams? Earlier today i started to lucid dreams due to a few unbelievable events. When i started though, i didn't know if manual breathing(which was not constant, could wake me up). So, a few moments later, i moved onto another dream, thinking i woke up. b) If the answer to A is yes, then please tell me briefly how to breath constantly? even better yet, link me to another page/video that can guide me. I could not find any, so i finally decided to post this. Oh, i don't do WILD... i only ever start lucid dreaming when i'm in my dreams.

The idea of breathing doesn't really occur to me in a dream, you know in real life when you don't think about breathing. So your answer to a) I would say you were too focused and worried about breathing in a dream. So the answer is no, just try to calm down by breathing slowly in the dream, that'll probably do the job. Thanks for the tip. Although i always seem to think about my breathing when every time i lucid dream.
