      The Biggest Problem.

Ok, I've been through about a week of this, none of my nights/attempts have brought any dreams to my recollection whenI wake up. Not even a faint I tihnk maybe this might've happened. I totally recall nothing. I'm wondering, if I should go to sleep, set my alarm clock for 90-100 minutes after I attempt a technique? I have no idea what to do, this is driving me insane. I mean I hear it can take a month, and I'm prepared to try that long, but I'm wondering really if I should've been having a dream at all, because I haven't even had a non-lucid dream. No dreams means no lucid dreams... Help me out anyone please.

Hey Raw, welcome to Dream Views!

Ok first of all, have you ever remembered a dream before? If you have, then perhaps you need to look at how much sleep your getting at night or stress in your life etc. If you have never remembered one, then I think your idea of setting your alarm might be a good idea. You can set it for all different times to see if you can catch yourself just during or after a dream so you won't forget it. Because yes, everyone dreams. Finally I want to remind you, that when you do remember something, whether it be a single image, a color, some light, or just the vaguest of emotions, write it down. That's key to dream recall.

Hope that helps. Please keep us posted on your progress, or if you have any other questions. Good Luck!!

Yeah, thanks. I'll tinker around with times. I guess that's all I got. I most definately will try some random time around 5:30. My sister caught me sleep talking, signs of dreaming? No idea. Thanks.

I am having a similar problem. I only had one lucid dream since i've been on this site. I tried "dream pillows" i think its called, where you take mugwort herb and place it under your pilliow in a small open plastic bag... i've done this every night so far and i remember nothing anymore. Am i doing the "dream pillows" wrong? this is really frustrating for me because i only had one lucid dream and i want to have more like every night (because it was such a rewarding experience for me). Some people on this site have one or so every day.

Is there anything i can do to keep this going?
Are there anymore different simple methods that i can try?
      any ? please help.

Yeh, finally got a dream, non-lucid though . The key is getting RC's into habit. The only reason this dream happened, was because I wasn' t expecting it, and I think the fact that it was raining helped amazingly because I need to relax a lot more. Got too much on my mind. But it was sweet. Woke up, wrote it down, was a good boy, remembered as much as I could. Looked good to me. Thanks Duders.
