question for bodybuilders that do lucid dreaming

Did you guys ever try doing 20 rep squats while lucid? I think it might help you get your nerve together for a big set of squats in real life.

after reading the post about somebody doing drugs in their dreams and feeling the effects when they wake up.

Wouldn't getting really fit in your dreams actually work your muscles?

Depends on how sleep paralysis works, I suppose. I'd say if anything, it may help on muscle memory or something like that... cause you're still practicing in your head. It's the same reason it's healthy to do some moves in your head (e.g. if you're learning a martial arts form). It's just another form of practice.

      Body Image

One cool thing I've noticed in LD's is that it's easy to change your body image to how you want it to be. Want longer hair... poof! You got it. Bigger muscles... poof! They're yours. Anyone else try this?
