      Heyas all

I've been interested in Lucid dreaming for about a year now. Found this site recently and have been browsing the site and reading the forums for over week so I finally decided to sign up. I've had 2 partially lucid dreams that I can remember in the past. That was awhile ago (around 5 months ago) when I first became interested in LDs. I'm seeking to attain lucidity on a more consistant basis so far I've only inceased my dream recollection but it's a start I can remember my dreams every few days and more often then not they stay with me the whole day weather I write them down when I wake up or not which is pretty cool. From what I've read most people forget them fairly soon after they wake up. Well that's about it for now just saying hello to everyone.

      Welcome dagonis

Yep, it's pretty nice that you keep your dream recollection through the day.
It may be because you dwell on the dream after waking up, that you re-imprint the memories on your mind. That definitely helps memory of course

You may still be missing out some details you could have gotten by lying in bed for a couple of minutes going over your dream. Don't move after waking up. Just lie there and go over your dreams and feelings until you're happy you've got it all

Then you can either write it down, or see how long you can remember it

      Hey welcome to Dream Views!!!

I often remember my dreams through out the day. Just the other day I was at work and for some reason I started to recall my dreams. I wrote down five of them for that day. Sometimes I don't remember any or just bits and pieces of them.

Anyway great to have you here! Can't wait to hear about some of your dreams!

      Welcome

Welcome Dagonis! I'm still pretty much a newbie to the forum myself, but have lucid dreamed for many years. Congrats on the improved dream recollection. That's a start!

Actually I was just surfing the net during my downtime at my college waiting for my car pool buddy to get out of class so we could go home. I stumbled upon a lucid dreaming site and have been interested in it ever since. Like I said I've had two semi-lucid dreams since then one where I was in control of a giant hand and I used it to uproot trees and lob them. The other one I was at a funky beach/campsite I had the same dream the night before which was why I became lucid. I wasn't fully lucid I just knew I could control what happened next I told myself "Soandso is going to appear" and the girl I had named walked out from behind a rock I then proceeded run over to her while doing matrix style flips/cartwheels then tackled her and had my way with her lol. It turned out a little weird in the end but it was still very cool.
