Thread: How often do you lucid dream?

How often do you lucid dream? if you wanted a ludic dream tonight could you have one?

Not as often as I'd like. I probably have a lucid dream once every 2-3 months. No, I haven't learned to produce them on command. They just sort of happen by themselves. It seems the more I think about them before going to sleep, the less likely I am to have one. But if I just keep my mind clear, and think of nothing really, then I feel there's a better chance of success.

when I was a natural: 3-4 times a night on average.

nowadays: 3-4 times a month on average

I'm gaining it all back slowly.

Every night.... but I don't usually have more than 1 6 hour long one....

i try to about 4 times a week im succsusful half the time

To be honest, I havn't had one yet.

Yup If I wanted to have one like tonight I have about an 90% chance of getting it.

I've only had two. That was about 5 months ago. They were within days of each other and happened on their own. No methods have worked yet.

well I hardly have them like I have only had about 2 of them in the past two months so I would say once a month but I would like to have more than that and I heard that it takes practice and I am trying hard at practicing and hopefully I will get good at it

nesgirl, what six hours, do you think it really was 6 or just felt like it. What did you do during that long time. I guess in six hours you could do alot.

No, I really can LD for 6 hours straight(real time)...though it did take a few years to get into that.....(yeah, b/c I started when I was 3, & when I was 3, I could only have LDs for 1 hour).....& if someone does break that 6 hour LD, I am usually in SP for a few minutes, & they have to have a death wish after that!
